Paul Natorp develops leadership and learning culture in teams and organizations by bringing out trust, creativity and responsibility.

Trust is understood as trust in yourself and trust in those you work with. Creativity is understood as the ability to be open, think new and create – alone and together with others. Responsibility is understood as the ability to be responsible towards yourself, your relationships and your task – and your ability to help others be responsible in the same way.

As a process leader, lecturer and coach Paul creates inspiring learning experiences that balance theory and practise, play and seriousness, safety and challenge.

He combines extensive professional knowledge and experience as a process leader with experience as an entrepreneur, an executive in business life and a background as an Olympic athlete.

Paul Natorp holds a degree in literature and communication from the University of Aarhus. For the last 4 years he has worked as team-leader, head of studies and leadership consultant at the KaosPilots.
