Paul Natorp develops leadership and learning culture in teams and organizations by bringing out creativity, collaboration and committed action around the shared task.

As a process leader, lecturer and coach Paul creates inspiring learning experiences that balance theory and practise, play and seriousness, safety and challenge.

He combines extensive professional knowledge and experience as an organizational consultant and leader of creative processes with experience as an entrepreneur, a business executive and a background as an Olympic athlete.

The last couple of years the primary focus has been creative collaboration around complex problems, which cannot be solved with more traditional linear approaches. Paul has been involved in a number of projects, both in the public and the private sector, which have been about engaging people across professional and organizational differences in collaborative innovation concerning a shared problem or vision.

In his work Paul builds on design thinking, systemic thinking, organizational learning, appreciative inquiry and authentic leadership. And he builds on life experience.

Paul Natorp holds a degree in literature and communication from the University of Aarhus. He has worked as team-leader, head of studies and leadership consultant at the KaosPilots.
