Learning Innovation

Paul Natorp creates learning that supports innovation by bringing out creativity, collaboration and committed action around the shared task.

As a consultant, process leader and lecturer Paul creates clear strategic frames that inspire development and shared action. The individual and the team is engaged through learning experiences that balance theory and practise, play and seriousness, safety and challenge.

Paul’s work builds on extensive professional experience in innovation management, organizational development and creative leadership combined with experience as an entrepreneur, a business executive and a background as an Olympic athlete.

Paul has been involved in a large number of projects in the private, public and non-profit sectors – in Denmark and internationally – which were about bringing together people across disciplinary and organizational differences to mobilize in shared action to solve a challenge or reach a vision.

Together with David Storkholm from The KaosPilots Paul co-founded the Creative Leadership program. Since 2008 more than 300 people have participated in trainings held in Aarhus, Berlin, Bern, Breda, Brisbane, Cape Town, Portsmouth and New York.

Paul Natorp holds a degree in literature and communication from the University of Aarhus.

He has worked at Jyllands-Posten (1995-2000: head of development, digital media), Mobilethink (2000-2003: partner, director), The KaosPilots (2004-2008: team-leader, head of studies, interim principal, leadership consultant) and Paul Natorp – Learning Innovation (2008-present: self employed). In 2012 Paul co-founded Sager der Samler (in English: Causes that Connect), an arena for active citizenship and innovation.
